Seasonal British Victoria Blackberry Jam
Single Variety Co. crafts this preserve with an abundance of British blackberries. The Victoria variety features large, juicy berries with a sweet flavour. The result is a richly fruity preserve, perfect for spreading on toast or stirring into porridge during chilly Autumn mornings.
This batch had blackberries naturally high in pectin, giving it a firmer texture compared to typical jams, while remaining easily spreadable and packed with pieces of blackberry. Please note, this jam contains seeds.

Any order over £85 is free delivery and will be shipped using a Tracked 48 service unless another service is specified.
