The Non 1 has a balanced sweet and salty flavour profile using combining verjus, raspberries, chamomile, sugar and salt with the chamomile providing lingering tannins and a floral finish.

Non have a specific and secretive process on all their production. It begins with top notch sourcing of in-season natural ingredients which are then cooked and stewed in-house. The blends are then mixed with Verjus (unfermented grape juice) which gives body, balance and acidity. The drink is then filtered and bottled with attention paid to the balancing of all flavour profiles.

Each Non bottle is built from the ground up with key notes of floral, tannin, salinity and acidity.
