Bare Bones Chocolate is a micro-batch, bean to bar chocolate company based in Glasgow. They have created a brand that is built on incredible chocolate with impeccable detail through every process. All chocolate is made in their workshop in the centre of Glasgow, in batches of around 30kg at a time.

Chocolarder

Based in Falmouth and started by pastry chef Mike Longman in 2012, the bars have won multiple awards and the company has been actively involved in reforestation projects. They produce fine quality, stone ground chocolate using organically grown beans sourced from single estate, family run plantations.

Founded in Crete, Yiayia is a modern celebration of traditional Greek values: wisdom, family, culinary heritage, and community. Yiayia is a Greek grandmother and her friends  are depicted through lively, colourful illustrations on the award winning packaging.

Known for locally produced, premium quality cold pressed olive oils with naturally infused flavours. The oils are mono‑cultivar, made exclusively from Koroneiki olives, a premium Greek variety , grown and lovingly harvested in Crete.
