Mikia are a small batch hand made Japanese jewellery brand specialising in mens bracelets and necklaces using the finest natural stone and beads.
This wrap bracelet is designed to go around your wrist twice and is made from a natural Red/Brown Poppy Jasper 4mm stone bead. It has a silk connecting cord, Poppy Jasper beads, a sterling silver puka shell clasp with additional spiny oyster, turquoise and yellow tiger eye stone beads.
In crystal healing terms, Poppy Jasper stone is a happy, positive gemstone, also known as the 'worry stone' as it will guide you through times of stress. Spiny Oyster is the stone of inner courage, strength and survival, and this is combined with Yellow Tiger Eye's association with self-esteem and its absorption of excess energy leading to stress reduction. Finally we have semi-precious Turquoise helping with success and good fortune.
Note on sizing: Japanese sizing is slightly smaller than UK sizing. Our wrist model in USTUDIO buying team has an 18cm wrist and the double wrap bracelet is fairly tight on this size wrist. Our recommendation would be a wrist circumference of 17.5cm or less.
