Mikia are a small batch hand made Japanese jewellery brand specialising in mens bracelets and necklaces using the finest natural stone and beads.
This wrap bracelet made from 5mm round, silver najavo pearl beads with vintage glass black chevron beads as the highlight colour and a sterling silver clasp.
Najavo Pearl is a technique of handmaking silver beads that has been passed down from the Najavo tribe. Each bead is handmade so no 2 are exactly alike and they get the name Najavo or 'Desert' Pearls because of the colour and the shape.
Note that the black glass chevron beads are vintage sourced so may not match the photo exactly.
Note on sizing: Japanese sizing is slightly smaller than UK sizing. Our wrist model in USTUDIO buying team has an 18cm wrist and the medium wrap bracelet is too tight on this size wrist. Our recommendation would be a wrist circumference of 17cm or less for the medium and 17.5-18.5cm wrist for the large. On a 19cm wrist, the bracelet would fit but would not be a loose fit.
