Sylt was founded in 2021 by friends and pickle lovers Ash Ringhus and Temi Olugbenga. They understand that home pickling should be open to everyone but time pressures and understanding of flavour balancing can be an obstacle. Traditionally, the only way was to buy ready-pickled produce, but then your choice is very restricted. 

Their solution to this problem is for ready made pickling liquids – which takes the most tedious step out of the process while still enabling you to pickle whatever your heart desires.
