Caramelised Hazelnuts in Milk Chocolate
Meurisse’s Chocolate Covered Hazelnuts take caramelised hazelnuts and coat them in a thin layer of smooth Belgian milk chocolate, finished with a tiny pinch of salt to keep everything bright, not cloying.
The nuts are doing most of the talking here: the recipe is mostly caramelised hazelnuts, with just enough organic milk chocolate to gloss and balance them giving proper crunch, toasted nut flavour and a clean, creamy chocolate finish.
