The Original Peanut Rāyu got an extra hot face lift!
Adding to the infused base of gochagaru (Korean chilli flake) and a signature blend of chilli flake. Some delicious chilli d'arbol has been sourced that has given this some extra oomph. All mixed in with roasted peanuts, sesame and crunchy fried garlic.
Its an every day sauce for every day food. Its gorgeous on noodles, dumplings and loves to be centre stage on a bowl of rice but its equally delightful on top of morning eggs, drizzled on some leftovers or used as the gateway to eating lots more veg!

Originally inspired by Japanese taberu rāyu, White Mausu sauces are a bit of a mish-mash between different regions, cultures, and countries. Their passion and knowledge for Korean, Chinese, and Japanese flavours is evident in both of their savoury, sweet, and highly addictive condiments. Founders Katie and Jasper, who first started selling White Mausu at Dublin Flea Market, have a combined 30 years of experience working on recipes and in restaurants.
