Double Origin Series - Haiti Beans + Sharpham Park organic British walnuts
This is the second bar by Pump Street Chocolate to celebrate a double origin. The cocoa beans are sourced from the PISA (Produits Des Îles SA) Cooperative, where expert, women-led fermentation unlocks the full potential of each bean. While our focus is flavour, we’re proud to support producers like PISA, who are transforming Haiti’s cacao industry and ensuring better futures for farming communities.
The walnuts are sourced from Sharpham Park in Somerset and have been caramelised for a nutty creamy crunch. They're combined with rich decadent brownie pieces from Pump Street's bakery in Suffolk.

The wrap is illustrated by Suffolk based artist Annabel Pearl. For this bar she sought inspiration from Georgian botanical illustrations, depicting walnuts with their branches and leaves.

Any order over £85 is free delivery and will be shipped using a Tracked 48 service unless another service is specified.
