A unique combination of two signature (and favourite) products: dark chocolate and sourdough. The sourdough crumbs from the bakery and a touch of Halen Môn sea salt add crunch and a smooth, malty flavour to the Ecuadorian chocolate.

This multi award winning bar is a unique combination of two of Pump Street's signature products: chocolate and sourdough. Sourdough crumbs and a touch of sea salt add crunch and a smooth, malty flavour to the delicious Ecuadorian chocolate.
Bean character - The trees are sourced from eh genetic stock from the Rockefeller Foundation’s Genback dating back to the 1950s. Upon harvest, the beans are pre-dried before fermentation which significantly affects the process and reduces both the acidity and the bitterness. The resulting beans are rich in caramel and nutty flavour. The beans have been farmed on Hacienda Limon, Los Rios Province, Ecuador.
Pump Street are exceptional bakers and chocolate creators making small batch bars with beans imported directly from farmers all over the world.

Any order over £85 is free delivery and will be shipped using a Tracked 48 service unless another service is specified.
Delivery methods are auto-calculated at checkout and are dependent on size and weight.
Orders received by 1 pm will usually be dispatched same day. Orders received after 1pm will ship on the next available working day (Mon-Fri).
