Discover Craft Chocolate
Craft chocolate starts at the beginning. It’s made from raw cacao beans rather than pre-processed chocolate, giving the maker full control over how flavour is developed.
Most of the bars you’ll find here are bean-to-bar, a process that involves sourcing, roasting, grinding and refining cacao in small batches. It’s slower and less standardised, but that’s what allows each bar to retain its own character.
Flavour in chocolate comes from more than just cocoa percentage. Origin, fermentation and roast all play a role, which is why one bar might taste bright and citrusy while another leans deep, nutty or floral.
This is chocolate with variation. Less about consistency, more about expression.
