A single-origin dark chocolate made from cocoa grown on the Tupaghotua plantation in the Solomon Islands. Named after Agnes Pilopaso, whose farm produces notably expressive beans, this bar sits at 67%—balanced, but not restrained.
The profile opens with bright fruit before settling into malt, toasted cereal and a gentle walnut finish. There’s a soft, slightly smoky edge that carries through without overwhelming the cocoa itself. Made with just cocoa beans and unrefined sugar, it keeps the structure clean and direct.
Produced in Falmouth by Chocolarder, part of a small-scale bean-to-bar process focused on traceable sourcing and minimal intervention. The cocoa is grown organically (though not certified), fermented and dried at origin, then refined in the UK.

The Tupaghotua plantation has expanded from a small family plot into a 46-hectare farm, now recognised for producing some of the most characterful cocoa in the region. That origin clarity comes through clearly here—less bitterness, more progression across the palate.
