Bullion Mint & Cacao Nib Enriched Dark Chocolate Bar
Cooling mint oil and roasted cacao nibs folded through Bullion’s dark chocolate base. The mint stays clean and restrained rather than overly sweet, while the nibs add bitterness and crunch against the smoother melt of the chocolate.
Made bean-to-bar in small batches using minimally processed ingredients, the bar keeps a darker cocoa profile underneath the freshness of the mint. The nibs bring texture and a slightly earthy finish that cuts through the richness without overpowering it.
The balance feels closer to dark after-dinner chocolate than confectionery mint chocolate — sharper, drier, and more cocoa-led.
- Dark chocolate with mint oil and cacao nibs
- Roasted nib texture throughout
- Bean-to-bar small batch production
- Clean mint profile without excessive sweetness
- No emulsifiers or palm oil
- Made in the UK
The cacao nibs give the bar a more layered finish than a standard mint chocolate, adding bitterness and crunch that sits naturally with the darker cocoa notes. Bullion’s lighter refining style also leaves more texture and cocoa character intact than highly processed chocolate.
Origin: 44% Ghana, Asante Akim.

Sheffield based Bullion Chocolate are one of only a handful of UK companies to craft bean-to-bar chocolate. Taking a hands-on approach, they set out to discover and unlock the ‘hidden gold’ in cacao: the distinct flavour nuances that beans from carefully selected farms can produce.
Flavour nuances depend on the terroir (a French term used to describe the environmental factors that affect a crop's phenotype, including unique environment contexts, farming practices and a crop's specific growth habitat).
