A limited-edition dark chocolate bar from Chocolarder, made in collaboration with Verdant Brewery. This 70% bar folds craft beer into bean-to-bar chocolate, creating something quietly unusual rather than novelty-led.
Made using Ponta Figo cocoa beans, the base chocolate carries a clean, balanced bitterness. Through it runs “beercomb” — aerated sugar infused with pale ale — alongside a light hop sherbet. The result is layered: cocoa depth first, then a dry, slightly citrus bitterness from the hops.
It sits firmly within Chocolarder’s approach: small-batch production, no artificial ingredients, and a focus on transparent sourcing and low-impact packaging.
