This is a small-batch, bean-to-bar milk chocolate made in Cornwall, combining Ghanaian cocoa with locally harvested sea salt. The balance sits between creamy sweetness and sharp mineral salt.
The chocolate has a soft, fudgy profile with a smooth melt, interrupted by crisp salt crystals. The salt isn’t blended in — it lands in bursts, lifting the richness and adding texture.
