This 40% blonde white chocolate bar is made by slowly caramelising cocoa butter and milk powder to develop a deeper, toasted flavour. Rich but controlled, it moves away from the sweetness most white chocolate leans on.
The texture stays smooth and creamy, while the flavour carries notes of shortbread, dulce de leche and lightly browned butter. The higher cocoa butter content gives it more structure and a cleaner finish than standard white chocolate.
Made in Cornwall in small batches, using ethically sourced cocoa and fully recyclable packaging.
