Bullion Black Forest Enriched Dark Chocolate Bar
Dark chocolate with sharp cherry pieces folded through a 70% Ghanaian base. Bullion’s take on Black Forest keeps the sweetness restrained, letting the cocoa carry most of the weight while the dried cherry adds brightness and texture.
Made bean-to-bar in small batches using cocoa from Asante Akim, Ghana. The recipe stays deliberately minimal — cocoa beans, cocoa butter, cane sugar and cherry — without emulsifiers or palm oil. The result is a cleaner snap and a slightly softer melt than heavily processed bars.

Sheffield based Bullion Chocolate are one of only a handful of UK companies to craft bean-to-bar chocolate. Taking a hands-on approach, they set out to discover and unlock the ‘hidden gold’ in cacao: the distinct flavour nuances that beans from carefully selected farms can produce.
Flavour nuances depend on the terroir (a French term used to describe the environmental factors that affect a crop's phenotype, including unique environment contexts, farming practices and a crop's specific growth habitat).
