Award Winning Eco-Themed Strategy Board Game

If games were bought for their design and looks, this game would be right up at the top! Absolutely stunning design with a board consisting of little cardboard trees in varying heights, it is a joy to set up and play.

Luckily for this game, the gameplay is also very good. A game lasts around an hour and plays equally well for 2,3 or 4 players. The gameplay has 2 phases - The Photosynthesis Phase and The Life Cycle Phase.

In the Photosynthesis Phase, players are awarded light points. There is a rotating sun that works in relation to the height and position of the trees that each player places. Bigger trees get more light and also cast more shadow, stopping other players from getting light points.

In the Life Cycle Phase, players spend their light points on planting, collecting and growing trees in the forest. You can grow a tree from a seed and then into a medium and then large tree as the game progresses.

The game ends when the sun makes 3 revolutions around the board and the player with the most points wins.
