Created by food truck chef Dan Shearman, a Korean style Gochujang Hot Honey sauce. The first of it’s kind, adding a sweet umami kick to your food.
Produced with an ethically farmed, bee-friendly, organic wildflower honey, and infused with a fruity, fiery blend of sustainably grown fresh scotch bonnet chillies - combined with a traditional fermented Korean Gochujang for a sweet, spicy, umami kick that you’ll want to drizzle on your wings, BBQ, fried chicken, tacos, pizza, cheese.. EVERYTHING!
Great as an accompaniment to a cheese board. Excellent final drizzle on a pizza, or even as an Ice Cream Topping.

WilderBee Hot Honey was created on board chef Dan Shearman’s ethical food truck in 2014 after discovering the sweet and spicy condiment in a New York pizza joint. On returning to London, Dan created a UK version for his menu, using the highest quality, sustainably produced honey infused with fresh chillies.
The original Great Taste Award Winning Hot Honey is made with bee-friendly, organic wildflower honey and a blend of sustainably grown, fruity, fiery scotch bonnet chillies - it's the perfect balance of sweetness and heat. Whether you're drizzling it over pancakes, pizza, seafood, BBQ fried chicken, ice cream, or to spice up your cocktails - you’ll be hooked after your first drizzle.
Organic wildflower honey (79.98%), Gochujang (20%) (red pepper paste mixed seasoning (4%), gochujang red pepper powder, salt, garlic, onion, water), corn syrup (4%), brown rice (4%), water (2.4%), fermented soybean paste (soybean, water, salt), isomaltooligosaccharide, salt, spirits, red pepper powder, glutinous brown rice flour, yeast extract powder), scotch bonnet chillies.

Any order over £75 is free delivery and will be shipped using a Tracked 48 service.
Delivery methods are auto-calculated at checkout and are dependent on size and weight.
Orders received by 1 pm will usually be dispatched same day. Note: We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

Duty and Taxes
All overseas orders are currently shipped DAP (delivered at place.)
This means that the customer is responsible for any import duty, local tax and any handling surcharge by the shipping company.
Note : We do not charge UK VAT on export orders.
The current UK VAT rate of 20% will be removed from the order value at checkout if the delivery address is outside of the UK.
Please note, that if you refuse to accept the goods from our nominated courier for any reason other than clear and obvious damage to the box or shipping container or product, or do not provide the correct information necessary for delivery of goods and subsequently the products are returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a discretionary restocking fee of up to £10 per item.
Cost of Shipping
The estimated time of delivery for international parcels is 5 to 10 working days throughout most destinations worldwide. Some remote destinations however can take a little longer.
Shipping charges are calculated by weight and size as follows:

Cut off for processing via courier is 1 pm Mon-Fri for international delivery. Orders received after this will not be collected until the following working day.
