Generally made with just cacao and sugar, these bars show the clearest expression of origin and process. Expect sharper flavour, more variation and a cleaner finish.
Flavoured Dark
Choose bars with added ingredients, from citrus and spice to nuts and inclusions. A more accessible way in, while still grounded in high-quality cacao.
Dark Craft Chocolate
Without added dairy, dark chocolate puts cacao front and centre. That means small changes in origin and process have a direct impact on taste.
Some bars are bright, with notes of citrus or red fruit. Others are deeper and more grounded, with nutty, roasted or cocoa-heavy profiles. Percentage plays a role, but it’s only part of the picture.
