Sourced from Asháninka-grown cacao in the Peruvian rainforest, this bar leans into clarity rather than intensity. The profile opens slowly, moving through roasted nut depth into brighter, fruit-led notes.
There’s no masking here—flavour is shaped entirely by fermentation, roasting, and conching. The result is structured but balanced, with a dry finish that holds rather than overwhelms.
