A pure single origin dark chocolate made with Trinitario cacao from Tabasco, Mexico. Stone-ground to preserve texture and depth, the bar opens with rich cocoa and soft dried fruit notes before settling into a long, clean finish.
- Tasting Notes: Deep cocoa and mild fruit acidity open the flavour, followed by a slow, warming chilli heat. Smooth melt with a lingering cocoa bitterness and gentle spice finish.
