Mustard Stackable Porcelain Mug by Miyama X METAPHYS - Holds 250ml
The Stamug is a porcelain mug with a compact 250ml capacity. Finished in a matt mustard glaze mixed with earthy brown tones. This glaze has natural variations in tone.
The mug has a tapered shape and a comfortable feel in the hand. It has clean lines without being overly refined - the result of a collaboration between traditional ceramic makers Miyama and Tokyo based industrial designers METAPHYS.

With a history dating back to 1977, Miyama are a Japanese porcelain maker based in the Gifu Prefecture and are known for their refined production techniques and translucent white porcelain. The Stamug was created through a collaboration with METAPHYS, a Japanese brand focused on Industrial Design. Together the traditional mug has had a contemporary overhaul, with a stackable design that suits modern living, and a restrained colour palette.
