Salsa Ruda is the hot fermented serrano salsa in the range (but leans medium on spice) - sharp, punchy, and full of live, complex flavour. The fermentation adds depth and brightness, while the serrano chillies bring a clean, assertive heat. Ideal for tacos, grilled meats, rice bowls, soups, ramen, and any dish that needs a bold lift.
