Rice flour and urad dal are blended with five spices and extruded into tight coils, delivering a crisp bite from the first snap to the last. The flavour is traditional but not timid - earthy turmeric, sesame, subtle heat, and a hint of ajwain.
Presented in an endlessly recyclable aluminium beer can this is a snack that is balanced but full-bodied - ideal as a tea companion or solo snack.
