Thai condiment sauce with long red chillies and scotch bonnets roasted over an open flame until sweetened and charred for a spicy tingle and some serious flavour. Created by the team at Farang, an award winning Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant in North London.
With a 2 star Great Taste Award, the dipping sauce creates a perfect balance between sour, sweet, salty, spicy, and bitter and combines ingredients sourced from the UK and Thailand.
Add as an ingredient to spice up stir frys or Thai soups or use as a ketchup or dipping sauce.
