In addition to the white MD paper that comes with the cover, the notebook refills also come in two other types: white MD paper with a cover featuring a letterpress logo printed on gray paper, and cream MD paper with a gold foil stamped logo on brown paper. Two of each type are included.

The set contains a total of five notebooks: one MD Paper White (03 Refill) that comes with the leather cover, plus two units each of the following refills: MD Paper White: Gray paper cover with letterpress logo printing and MD Paper Cream: Brown paper cover with gold foil stamping.

Traveler’s Company was established in Japan, with its roots in
Midori, a stationery brand founded in 1950. The Traveler’s notebook was first introduced in 2006, built around the idea of carrying a simple notebook while travelling.

The design centres on a piece of vegetable-tanned leather and a
flexible refill system, but the concept goes beyond the object itself.
It reflects a slower, more considered approach to writing and
documenting everyday life.

Production remains focused on material quality and craftsmanship,
with products designed to be used over many years rather than replaced.
