Moi Moi XO takes the familiar sweet-and-tangy character of ketchup and pushes it somewhere much more interesting. Gochujang, soy and garlic bring deep savoury flavour, Scotch bonnet adds the heat, and a touch of smoke rounds everything out.
Rich, sticky, sweet, spicy and extremely easy to use. Dump it onto burgers and fries, add it to eggs, spoon it over rice or noodles, or use it as a dipping sauce for anything crispy.
