The candle is hand-poured in London using soy wax and natural oils. It comes in a minimalist glass jar with a cotton wick. The candle burns for up to 40 hours and fills any space with a calming aroma. The Shinrin-Yoku is more than just a candle, it is an invitation to experience the benefits of forest bathing in your own home.

Made with care

Hand-Poured Candles

Each candle is hand-poured in Earl of East's London studio using eco-soy (non-GMO) wax that is grown and harvested in the US, but manufactured in the UK.

The candles are scented with both essential and botanical oils. Essential oils are naturally derived, while botanical oils take the constituents of a plant which are then mimicked by scientists in a lab. Earl of East's aim is to create an affordable but luxurious product, with a consistent scent all year round. Using a mixture of both botanical and essential oil allows them to do this. The oils in their candles are ethically sourced and fully traceable to origin.

Earl of East's candle wicks are made from cotton and unbleached linen, dipped in vegetable wax. This means your candle shouldn’t smoke or create a large flame.

This care and attention ensures a high-quality, beautifully scented product that is eco-friendly, vegan, and cruelty-free.
