The Tom’s Studio Wren is an everyday pen with a smooth fibre tip and a refillable ink system. It delivers the clean, consistent line of a fine-liner but reworked for long-term, repeated use.

The Sage finish adds a muted soft metallic green finish. Ideal for journaling, note-taking and sketching, it balances function with a considered design edge.

To refill, dip the internal reservoir into fountain pen ink and it draws up a fresh supply in seconds. The Japanese-made fibre tip gives a smooth, reliable flow, similar to a premium rollerball with the flexibility of bottled ink.

Tom’s Studio began in a Dorset workshop when founder Tom Gyr—a furniture maker and blacksmith—watched his wife, Gemma, struggle with mass-produced, disposable calligraphy pens. Using a 1960s lathe, Tom engineered a precision-balanced pen designed to last forever.

Today, this UK-based brand leads the "refill-ution," moving away from plastic waste toward sustainable, luxury stationery. Every fountain pen, dip pen, and bottle of pigment-rich ink is crafted with an artisan’s eye for detail. Perfect for artists and writers, these tools blend traditional craftsmanship with modern ergonomics to make every mark on the page feel effortless.
