The loose leaf format gives you full control over strength and steep time, whether you’re after a brisk morning cup or a longer, iced pour in the afternoon. It’s aimed at black tea drinkers who like structure but want something fresher than a straight Assam. How to use:
HOT - For a single cup: add 1 tablespoon (3 grams) to your favourite teapot, add water at just off boil and leave for 3-4 mins.
ICED - Makes 8 cups, use 24 grams or 8 tablespoons. Pour in some room temp (preferably filtered) water and leave in the fridge overnight. Minimum 6 hours.
