Lower in caffeine than standard green tea, it suits those who want something softer without losing character. Brew it hot for a comforting cup or chill it for a clean, nutty iced tea. How to use:
HOT - For a single cup: add 1 tablespoon (3 grams) to your favourite teapot, add water at just off boil and leave for 2-3 mins.
ICED - Makes 8 cups, use 24 grams or 8 tablespoons. Pour in some room temp (preferably filtered) water and leave in the fridge overnight. Minimum 6 hours.
