All Moleskine collections are conceived and designed in Italy by Moleskine and manufactured in the Far East, where paper was invented in the 2nd century A.D.
Moleskine creates and sells FSC®-certified products and our paper is acid-free (no chlorine) for environmental reasons. Moleskine paper comes in different weights and is suited to a variety of uses and professional applications. Most Moleskine Notebooks and Planners feature 70 g/m² paper. The paper in our Art Collection (for professional use and fine arts) features paper that ranges from 70 g/m² to 200 g/m².
Most of the covers in our collections are made from synthetic material. Our hard covers are made of polypropylene, while the soft covers are made of polyurethane.
Moleskine Planners are available in different layouts: Daily, Weekly Vertical, Weekly Horizontal, Weekly Notebook, Monthly and Panoramic. There are also planners with specific layouts for the business and professional world.
Moleskine Notebooks are available in 4 paper types: Ruled, Plain, Squared and Dotted. The PRO Collection features a structured professional layout.
Moleskine pencils are made of cedar wood with matte finishing and a 3 mm lead.
