Macon & Lesquoy’s beautiful embroidered brooches are made using bullion thread, an ancient Indo-Pakistani technique. The embroidery technique is known as Cannetilla, which requires metal thread (also made in Pakistan) to be finely wound in a spiral, cut, and then embroidered to create a bead-like effect.
