This bar is Pump Street's first dairy-free milk chocolate made with Scottish oats. With a pleasingly fudgy bite and scents of cinnamon, mellow nuttiness and flavours of sweet cream and porridge, this bar offers a genuine milk free alternative for a creamy, milk chocolate.
Bean character -The trees are sourced from eh genetic stock from the Rockefeller Foundation’s Genback dating back to the 1950s. Upon harvest, the beans are pre-dried before fermentation which significantly affects the process and reduces both the acidity and the bitterness. The resulting beans are rich in caramel and nutty flavour. The beans have been farmed on Hacienda Limon, Los Rios Province, Ecuador.
Ingredients - cocoa beans, cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, Scottish oat powder. Please note - Pump Street also handle gluten, dairy & nuts on the premises.
