The Madagascar Milk 58% bar is a creamy luxurious milk chocolate bar with notes of caramel and treacle and the zesty finish characteristic of Madagascan beans.
This multi award winning chocolate will appeal to those with a sweet tooth as well as dark chocolate devotees.
Bean character - The two beans Pump Street uses in this bar are both distinctly fruity. But whereas the Bejofo-originating Forastero/Trinitario beans have a vivacious lime and tropical fruit character, the Criollo beans are lighter in colour but reveal a sweeter, more red berry flavour. The beans have been farmed on the Akesson’s Organic Estate, Ambanja, Sambirano Valley.
