Created by Italian artist Maurizio Cattelan and photographer Pierpaolo Ferrari in 2010, TOILETPAPER is a bi-annual magazine / photographic art project. The publication contains no articles or advertisements, and each issue revolves loosely around a basic theme, such as love or greed.
The photographic style is a hard-hitting social and cultural commentary, using heavily saturated colours and surreal images to poke fun at commercial photography and the art world.
These images have now been applied to all manner of home decor, lifestyle and stationery products from candles to skateboards to wallpaper.
Check out the Toiletpaper online shop where you can create your own TOILETPAPER posters using their interactive designer which combines slogans over their crazy photography.
